Welcome to Don MacIntyre's new public company, maybe he'll do better with this one than he did with his last one. Maybe the second "acquisition" of STEP won't be rescinded like the first time he "acquired" it "for his shareholders."

Not starting out too well, Strategic Energy and Power, a company that Don created in 2011 which Don "acquired" for MVPH as a "wholly owned subsidiary" is still "revoked."

As a matter of fact the incorporation papers for MVPH were only recently re-instated.

Be ready for another round of "huge games" I mean "huge gains"
