Nope. The whole thing was a scam fabricated through the use of the xne.net domain. Rubicon is a real company, however the Rubicon that the PR was referring to is a fake imitation. I called OTC Markets and they said the have had zero contact with XNE since the CE was issued. Lies all around. Sorry, looks like XNE is finished. I sold everything I had.
