where do you live CJ? i'm in southern CA here and im seeing the opposite. Month after month, im seeing more and more exposure of this texting & driving problem to the public. More general PSAs on TV, more signs and billboards in the metro areas, more news stories of t&d-related accidents on the front pages of newspaper, more reports of such accidents on the local news, and more special reports on this epidemic airing on tv within the nightly news...

And the fact that im seeing all this happening in one of the busiest cities in the world and where it would matter the most due the number of drivers and ppl with phones, it should give us a good vibe that any kind of decent marketing for this product is certainly going to have a more potent and noticeable effect.

This growing exposure is definitely going to stir up much more awareness here in soCAL than in Boca Raton, FL or in states that only have 1-lane or 2-lane roads. This may well be the epicenter for this anti-texting&driving movement, and the waves would start to emanate out from here.
