Hehe, News ? I dont think it is going to come in bits and pieces like other businesses. At this point, I think they dont care in the short term weather it goes up or down a little. They r just buying shares behind closed doors. Getting what they can as cheap as possible. I also think he would not have invested his own time and money to just let it fold up and walk away. So the lower, the better at this point when you think about the position the business is in right now.
What would be the difference to Frank if it were .005 or .25 right now ? None at all, its not going away, he can by low, no pressure to get the price up rigt now, etc. So take your time, build it right, set it all up, make a few deals to be announced at a later date and wake. Out it comes, new site, new deals, all at one time.... I would expect the fiings to completed at the same time too.
What else could he possibly be doing. It only takes a month or two to build a good web site, yet is been 3. 97@ of the filigs were completed last month, but still not filed, and all the other stuff.
