Guys if you are trying to open with internet explorer this might be your problem. Try using another browser. I use google chrome and it works perfect. several others are able to access just fine. It has been getting a lot of hits so server may not be able to handle all the traffic. I cant do anything about that either. Someone who was able to get it to download may not have 25 m limit on their email, maybe they can send it out
