The wording in the PR shows they are initially targeting, IMO, brand managers - so yes, I'd say the larger companies that spend hundreds of thousands, and those that spend millions, (or billions! Coke has a $1.6 billion annual advertising budget) on advertising. To large companies like this, $75,000 is pocket change - yet possibly the most effective $75,000 they can spend. Big bang for the buck and all that - remember, they will build a direct, more personal relationship at the person's request..tougher and tougher to do in this fragmented advertising market.
