FYI:Bottom line all our ducks in line.Here is second response from mike:No... there will be lots of contracts! But, remember, PBLS is not going to be the "prime" contractor, they are a provider of much needed sand & gravel that will be needed by 100's of companies in the Gulf area as the rebuilding gets underway...

This process will take some time to pick up speed, but will most definitely happen.
