if you are speaking for example of companies like stocks for cash or faihill as exomples they will alwasybe there for desperate or stupid companies to use that are in desperate need of cash =its too bad but they are ligitamate business companies annd nothing can be done to stop them. the idea is to go around and avoid them at all costs
