Quick answer to L_banker...
Sorry for the confusion... I used the unusual metric of salary / quarter... for an annual cost of $160K/engineer. I suspect the engineering salaries are around $100K/year leaving about a 60% mark-up... I am also assuming this number includes things like building, phone, computers/servers, software, etc...
