I guess they are out of money for another run and their best action is to partner some way with bigger players. And any way the do that, I thinks means a run up from the current SP.
The concession they have is valuable as it is, so big players should be interested in partnering some way;
so I doubt any future anouncement will be negative.
So selling at this time would be silly; the negative issues with this stock are in the past.
Thats my non expert opinion based on everything Ive read.
