We always share SIRG research but we post FACTS and current information without the spin!

Let's digest the info that was posted.

First - the spin is trying to show what? That Brampton Crest was involved in something bad or illegal? It filed for BK but came out of BK. What is the point here? Please note that the date at Brampton Crest is 2006, SIX years ago. Mr. Martin served as a director from 2005-2006.

It seems like the ties actually go a little deeper than I realized! I guess the Brampton Crest International Inc. guys stayed together. Both the Principal Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer from Brampton now serve on the BOD for SIRG, and one is the CEO for SIRG.

Actually deep ties are very good. Men learn about each other and develop bonds and trust. It is important in the business world to have strong connections to people that you have learned are good and trustworthy. It makes sense to me that when you find someone with those qualities you would continue the connection!

It's possible that the only reason Joseph I. Emas isn't on the SIRG BOD is because he was the only one that got caught IMO.

Now that's a wild statement when there is absolutely no connection to Mr. Emas and SIRG. NOTHING, NADA except the spin! And your opinion is exactly that, an opinion! Mr. Joseph Emas is a practicing attorney in the state of Florida. He never was dis-barred or lost his license.

Mr. Emas was the Registered Agent, Lawyer for Blackpool Partners when it was founded back in 2005 and remains the registered agent today.

WRONG AGAIN - Mr. Hacker is not on the BOD of SIRG.

Since we are on a history trip here, check out Georges Juilland and James Stonehouse, two outstanding men who were on the first BOD and helped form the company!

Georges Juilland
Mr. Georges Patrick Juilland was Director of Sierra Resource Group Inc. He is Director of Goldplata Resources Ltd. since January 2003; President of Goldplata Corporation Ltd, Colombia Division since January 1998. Mr. Juilland was a graduate of College of Mining in Colorado, receiving his B.S. – Metallurgy in 1973 and Escuela de Minas de Colorado, receiving his B.S. – Mining in 1974.

Mr. James M. Stonehouse was Director of Sierra Resource Group Inc. He is CA Professional Geoscientist, also served as Company’s Chief Executive Officer from June 2010 until January 2011. From August 2009 to the present, Mr. Stonehouse has been an independent consultant in the mining industry. From January 2007 through August 2009, he was Vice President of Operations-Quito, Ecuador and Prescott, Arizona for Copper Mesa Mining Corporation. From September 2005 through May 2007, Mr. Stonehouse was Vice President Exploration for Channel Resources Ltd. in Quito, Ecuador. From January 2005 through September 2005, he served as Vice President Operations and Manager Mine Construction for Frontier Mining Ltd. in Almaty and Kurchatov, Kazakhstan.
Mr. Stonehouse received a BA with honors in Earth Sciences in 1974 and a MA in Earth Sciences in 1976, both from Dartmouth College.
Mr. Stonehouse's goal is to place the Chloride Copper Project into production in 2011 and looking for new mining opportunities for the company in North and South America.
