If the terms of the licensing were very favorable for NEOM then the 8k would have been prepared and released immediately. They didn't just license out of nowhere, this would have had months of preparation. Neomedia could have 8k'd it immediately omitting whatever MSFT didn't want released publicly. My 8 years of experience with this company leads me to believe that the terms of the deal mean very, very little revenue for Neomedia. All of the gains went to Yorkville when they dumped shares into the market after a PR of a licensing deal with MSFT.

It makes complete sense - how else could our share price be barely up from pre-MSFT news. We've been talking about Microsoft and Google licensing as the holy grail since I came here in 2004! It happened and we didn't even get above 2 cents.

I just hope that all of the new folks here (and it is almost all new people these days) understand what's going on. Neomedia may succeed as a company, but the shareholders will not. We're heading for another reverse split really quickly. We're down 99% since the current CEO took the helm. The last CEO brought the share price down something similar as well. Wake up and smell the coffee folks!
