Perhaps ? But when the LOI expired for BDS in Jan 15th 2012 - there was no extension filed, infact no one heard anything about that one until APRIL. And when news did come ASYI revealed that "ASYI" Cancelled SAID merger to set in motion for a better merger partner found i.e. KOOL....When purchasing something "One" always seeks the best Bang for the Buck - Deal $ ? They call is shopping around i think.
