I've heard some noise that defense spending may decline


guess it depends on who's in charge

In a speech at The Citadel military academy in Charleston, South Carolina Republican candidate Mitt Romney outlined his foreign policy strategy calling for increased military spending including the creation of a full national ballistic-missile-defense system.
