My guess is we are getting close..per the last CC. I would imagine, that any company that has been able to clean themselves up...aquire Oil and Gas leases in the hottest areas in the country...have production, revenues and earnings...cash in the bank..basically, a complete turn around and coming off the pinks. My guess...they are going thru the S-1 with a fine tooth comb...but, these guys have a master plan..and the nonsense that is thrown around doesn't distract them. And remember, if this was a scam my friends...why take all the time to release you're doing things correctly. All the scams I ever seen trade, fall back to earth a lot quicker then 18 months..and aren't a real reporting company that is current..or have leases...etc...all they usually do is put out a PR a day stating of all the contracts and ficticious revenues they have...

Don't see that here with ARET. it's one thing to not like the risk/reward of a stock..but, to try and mislead people...intentionally..and then boast on the board over some's misfortune...well, I would say...they have a lot more to worry about in life then the price of a stock...which, by any common standard reflection of fair market value...would recognize we are way over sold at this level...

And they want to go private?? LOL...makes sense as to why they have spent time and money and applied to the AMEX...too funny.
