OK so it looks as if ATRNQ will be justly denied their BK exit as they had planned, in the mean time ripping off the common (as usual). Well done to the SEC for finally stepping in on one of these. Where were the SEC on countless other (far worse) examples I wonder..

The question remains however .. is the shell of any real value to others? This baby is very hard to put a $ value on right now. Very interesting to watch. Any thoughts of others??

7 million O/S .. this could rock hard if they re-open the doors. Why on earth they closed them in the first place is beyond me .. well I guess it was to steal the company basically. SEC wins but will the common prevail? And do you want these guys managing your company?! Crazy!
