Maybe people should think about profit/loss, revenues and assets on a per share basis to understand the impact of dilution.

Easy to understand why the share price is collapsing over time. As more shares are added to the same market cap, those shares are worth less individually.

It appears maybe you missed my reply or that you have moved onto a new direction... If we are going to have an actual productive discussion in regards to RFMK. I feel it would be best we stay on subject, wouldn't you agree?

The shares are over valued now? maybe you've missed all the recent news... or perhaps the 4 million in funding RFMK announced just this past Friday.... Also,I believe you forget to mention how a non reporting is supposed to raise the capitol for the start up of there business.... you do realize companies sell shares to finance these ventures, don't you?
