idcc I am hearing that we will be in operation sometime 4 qtr of 06. I am hearing the spin off will happen sometime 1st qtr of 06. There will be free shares for nsol shareholders and pre-ipo pricing availability. i heard that you have to be a shareholder of record by oct 31st.

I am not sure on the dates I need to try to confirm. The operation time will be in 06 from what I have heard.

I can not wait for confirmation on this stuff.
