Stocker this is my take: at times his execution- completion appears miserably slow .....BUT he eventually gets things done...I think that store will open and serve as the hub for deploying phones , pads, O2cards to the DR - US, probably offer repair services , spare parts etc. I also believe 100% that bank deal will be completed as he stated in the pr a short time ago. Am I telling people to go out and buy more stock - no , am I buying more myself - I want to- but I am not as I am upside down enough and dont want to risk anymore personally ...I am in sit back and wait stage .....maybe I am a sucker or sheeple but thats what I am going with for now....I think he will get these items done....USDA loan and D.R. buildout isnt even on my radar right now - I will settle for a string of smaller successes when completed now and worry about those later ....I think the momentum created by getting those smaller projects completed will definitely get us back to .01 - .02 .......lets face it if he cant get these smaller projects done then the D.R. buildout would be a stretch .
