You can post. The final docs spell out the share purchase of TE by RENU. It also spells out management duties etc. As soon as this gets finalized and then signed, it’s a done deal!!

So do we need TE to still agree to the share purchase, does it need to be signed by TE or RENU or both? Is there any way this doesn’t finalized, is there still a chance it doesn’t go through if TE doesn’t agree with share purchase of mgmt duties etc? What time next week are we shooting for?

No, we DON’T need TE to agree, they already did. This is like getting a loan right? You already agree to the terms, but the docs need to be signed. Same thing here. Just a legal formality. Mid next week.
