Still a company that needs money to even get the mill to operate to be able to make any revenue.

So How does Guyer get the Money?

1) AS increase 25B shares to a total AS of 60B Shares, And the PPS would never reach 001

2) Financing (Not Convetible Debt Financing) BUT, unless you get your share structure under control,,,, NO DEAL! And PPS to Start @ $0.50
