So, this PROVES BW's ownership of shares in his company?? I seem to remember a number of people this morning stating that BW owns, and has no interest in owning, shares in his own company. Well now, I just read some of that report and it seems that issue can finally be put to rest.

PROVEN Due Diligence that BW owns, or at least back in December when that report was put out, that Brian Weber DOES in FACT own shares. Not common shares but Preferred.

I love this company. Thanks for the great post TrueBreed, MM for ya if I haven't already.
