Mark Angelo

Mark co-founded Yorkville Advisors in February of 2001. Since inception, Mark has guided the Firm in investing in over 500 financial transactions with a notional value of more than $3 billion. As portfolio manager to the funds managed by the Firm, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including deal structuring, investment decisions, business development and trading, while continuing his emphasis on the preservation of capital with low volatility. As an authority on structured financing products, Mark is frequently cited for commentary in industry publications and news sources.

Prior to co-founding Yorkville Advisors, Mark co-ran the Corporate Finance Division of the May Davis Group, a boutique investment bank focused on emerging growth companies. Before joining the May Davis Group, Mark was a securities trader with The Boston Group LP, a broker dealer located in New York City. He earned a BA in Economics from Rutgers College.

Gerald ("Jerry") Eicke
Partner


Jerry has been with Yorkville Advisors since 2002 and became a Partner in 2004. Jerry oversees the asset sales process and manages the Firm's team of corporate finance and investment professionals. Having founded, built and sold his own company, Jerry lends his experience as a corporate executive to understand and interpret the diverse needs of the companies funded by the Firm. His entrepreneurial background has been a driving force in the Firm's overall growth and business development.

Jerry has also been a critical part of the Firm's expansion into new international markets by implementing an efficient and cost-effective model that leverages existing relationships with local finance and legal practitioners. He is also one of the four members of the Firm's Valuation Committee. Jerry earned a BS from Seton Hall University.
