A 25/1 split with 300,000,000 shares would not be too bad.350,000 shares would become 14,000 shares.300 million shares would become 12 million shares.The company would be valued at only 12 million dollars at the stock price of one dollar.120,million at ten dollars and so on.14,000 shares at 10 dollars a share is 140,000 dollars with a valuation of 120,000,000 for the company.Since the stock price of Proelite went as high as 15 dollars or so previously with 60 million shares it was worth close to one billion dollars at the top end.Under the new current structure a valuation of 900,000,000 dollars would put our stock price at close to 80 dollars.14,000 shares at 80 dollars would be worth over One Million dollars.It kept a 2-5 dollar range on average.Even that range would be alot of money,and still more than worthy of a Vegas celebration for most of us.JMHO.Go Pro!!!
