'prsch3259'? your speculations are correct! and as for "who ever" buys this shell, I'm in agreement with you that the "inheritors" will RS the table of this POS Stock clean!
(assuming that anyone would want to buy this train wreck)

The only likely reason why someone would want to buy this POS Shell would be solely for its structure and/or business model that can be used as a template for his or her own venue. Whereas otherwise, they’d be inventing a business blueprint from scratch and why go through all that when they can just buy a shell-model already in place to hatch their own business venue from.
But the “Would Be” buyers would obviously RS this current rip-off company to raise NEW capital for whatever venue they've proposed. This would undoubtedly clear out all positions held by "would be" sellers now crammed and waiting at the exits as soon as this POS gets a BID for them to exit out on. Which (of course) would send their "Re-start-Up-Company" PPS into the gray market.
But that isn’t to say the supposed "new owners" wouldn’t redeem the NAME-sake of this shell into something more worthwhile ones investments, but they'd be damn if every monies they've raised, yet alone came to the table with, be tied up and/or funneled-away in a train wreck of legal litigations left behind by those from whom they'd purchase this POS Shell from.

So YES! in that before, during or immediately after anyone buys this POS Rip-off now turned "EMPTY SHELL";

,, that a shareholder-killer "RS" would be imminent!

Either way, you can count your current positions here as a total loss!
Either you can hold and wait for the inevitable total loss or you can contact your broker and have them remove this POS from your portfolio under the “Worthless Security” clause.

But to give benefits to doubts, I’d say wait it out until the last trading day of this year to execute the removal!

Perhaps before or by that time, someone may very well have purchased this shell and may turn everything around for the better and they (The would-be New Owners) should be given that chance to do so!

Otherwise, divest yourself of this POS Rip-off Stock once and for all.

This post is only in "MY" opinion without any intended or implied pumps or bash.
I say it as I see it, based on how these pinksheet companies show it!

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
