The upward price and volatility is triggered directly by Ike. He needs the price high and plenty of volatility to try to draw in fresh dollars. The play he's making here is a direct appeal to momentum day traders.

Anyone reading the 10-Q knows the company is literally worthless. $25k real assets which are all non-productive vs. $1.7M owed to Ike (then start to add in the rest of the liabilities). Reality is that the moment Ike chooses to exercise the conversions SAVW drops to $0.0001.

There's also no way SAVW can finance the acquisition of another entity. Being unbankable is the understatement of 2012. Anyone reviewing SAVW's history would have grave concerns to say the least. Lending to SAVW is a potential lawsuit in and of itself.
