I'd like to state that just because Cen-1 is down doesn't mean they are the one's to pump.

Pumps and Dumps states that usually it's the owners of the businesses that pump it to get some of the lost money back for the lenders. That's a fact that P&D.com does state that clearly. It could also be a joint pump from multiples of peeps? When does David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster's shares become totally unrestricted?
