Mm..Im not sure if I agree on that; legalizaltion can also mean that those big pharma will look for smaller companies who already have a foot into marihuana..as CBIS, for a buyout...
Its all speculative about the implications of legalization IMO. For now, we only have what CBIS explains through the PR and to be honest, its been far from satisfactory for me.
