What do we know about this Gray Market shell?

Well, it exists. Well, sort of. As everyone knows 99.99% of traders wont touch it. Trades dont even go thru MMs. They just get bought and sold in the shadowy world of broker to broker trades. For all anyone knows two guys in trench coats meet down at the fog shrowded docks at 3am and swap share certs.

Other than that? Only the Shadow knows........

Id love to know how that 7/13/12 100 share at .0001 trade went down. Maybe something like this.
