Yeah. That receives 8% interest for shares that you don't need to hold until 2014 to receive.

Hopefully, you will hold after September 28 (remember, they'll be declaring a cash dividend also this year), but if you decide not to you'll in essence be receiving interest on money that doesn't even require being tied up.
