OK well i'm a current sharholder saying that
If I was person that was looking into buying a stock and I recieved knowledge from a CEO of any given company that it was going to explode in the upcoming days from information given to me by a CEO and in turn I bought that stock and made lot;s of $$$$$$$$$$ then that would be insider information.And say if I was a current shareholder a recieved info from a CEO that things were going south and sold my stocks that would be insider information.But I strongly believe that having general conversations with any CEO of any company about there business is not insider information when that information can be given to anyone who asks of it
