Will someone please post the SEC Laws about so called insider information.From my Experience from reading any LAW books state or federal thay are very misleading on how the interpretation of them.What is actually consider insinder information?If a CEO of a company gets a call from a shareholder that already has shares in the company and they have conversation about about the business and then many other Shareholders call in and he or she has a conversation about the business than I feel all the information that was exchange or given or spoke about is public knowledge because the information is avliable to any given person who asks for it.SO unless we have and SEC lawyer on this board Who can say what the law really reads
