Yield Sign on OTC.....will this have an effect on the uplisting?
The specific question is do companies have to submit the neccessary financials multiple quarters in a row (on time) before they can be uplisted or do they just have to be correct? Or any info regarding this in general?

If anyone has some insight or can send me a link so I can do my DD please let me know....

I am a long holder and trying to get as much SA (situational awareness as possible on the uplisting. I feel that next to the upcoming seven weeks this will be one of the most important milestones they can achieve.
