There are lots of small banks trading under their tangible books but lots of moving parts with them so a bit tricky to evaluate especially Q to Q (one times go both ways w/bank reports).

I try to find ones with good amount of revs from interest income relative to market cap and with low cost structure plus under book looking for adequate loan loss reserves and not too high delinquencies. Profitability, loan loss reserves, geographic area, ROE, all sorts of other stuff LOL. So I only take on small positions but they've done pretty well as a group.
