No it won't trade at .0005 but might open at that when the D comes off the end. Then when it can be traded by regular investors the price will go back to .0001 in the blink of an eye.

I have been through a few of these reverse splits as you have been so kind as to point out so I have a pretty good idea of what actually happens.
