He took a failing toy company, cleaned up a number of back issues, made the deal with the Corewafer folks, got General Stafford on board , got us to fully reporting pink status, rebranded the name and symbol, and is about to complete the merger and uplisting to otcqb.

At some point soon, Ele will no longer be involved as the Board of Directors will solely make decisions for the company and he will just be a residual shareholder like the rest of us hoping that this Company will make him a lot of money for his efforts.
