If they are getting rid of 50 mil shares, what the trend is (check out the volume) every time it went to .031 1+ mil shares would dump until it went to .0275, the back up to .031. Nobody that bought shares would dump them while going up. It doesnt make sense, unless the company is dumping at the .03 range. It has to end or this stock will be at support lvl 2 in 3 months.
