They are currently closed but I will call first thing in the morning.

And for the other guy, I have called transfer agents before and found out the O/S of a company. Unless the T/A is gagged, I have not had issues in the past getting O/S.

As for the current A/S that was current as Dec 31, 2011. I am curious what it is now.

O/S is one thing you do not want to be ignorant of. Because if the company is going to sell a bazzillion shares at whatever price, then no matter what this company is worth or what they P/R you will not see a comeback.
