Its confusing.

In R/S owner don't get change. Correct. Its just R/S and number of shares decreases and price increase.

Are we talking here that owner is also is changing and also its being taken care by new company.

If there is a new owner and new company - will not that be a Reverse Merger ?

Someone please clear if you can.
