For those who can't view/listen here are his key points as I heard them in responding to a listeners inquiry about Oracle Energy:

- the stock has had a big run this year based on news releases and speculation alone.
- PP's done to finance upcoming drilling.
- there is no production or earnings to evaluate the stock with.
- the company has real potential but is speculative.
- there has been good volume indicating agressive buying.
- do your own dd.
