JMHO but I think you will find that although recruiting has started,patients have probably already been identified and ready for participation.(Remember , recruiting opened 08/17/2012,not Monday 08/20)

Once they have the 1st cohort (3 patients, which they have plenty to choose from between 2 hospitals) they could begin dosing while setting up the next cohort.

In other words,dosing could have already started by now.

It wouldn't surprise me that they start "quietly" this way ,avoiding all the clamor .
