Is this Idea concrete enough?
Management start getting paid an amount according to how well a job they're doing and not what they think they're worth. The Q would have shown a proffit if that were the case. Aw heck, why don't we all just give ourselves a raise and don't show anything for it.

It is very much looking to me like management is doing this on purpose to drive the PPS down so maybe to get us all to sell out to them for next to nothing. They've obviously already made their paycheck without risk and on other peoples dime, so why not finish us off and take the whole pie. PROVE ME WRONG!!!!
