Yes, DM had little problem assessing that working with EDIG would easily meet their contingency fee test. Unfortunately, many shareholders, including myself, were not able to see that this was but one more selfish act benefitting everyone EXCEPT the shareholders.

I wonder what Fred is going to say in a year an a half if there have been no new lawsuits filed and Nunchi is still invisible? I can't see too many more carrots on the horizon.
