Good ole Honest John said the premelt would allow for unshredded "large bales" of compacted plastic.

We then later find out that the mouth of the premelt/processor is only 24" - with out a ramfeeder the bales would need to be substantially smaller than the 24" small opening to prevent jamming.

Interestingly, this company has never even seen tiny 24" bales only "larger" ones:

Throughout the industry we have seen the following size bales:

45 x 36 x 45
45 x 45 x 45
45 x 30 x 45
45 x 30 x 70
52 x 32 x 76
48 x 30 x 72
42 x 30 x 48*
48 x 36 x 72**
54 x 36 x 60**

Good thing he designed the system to accept "large" Bales in sizes that nobody makes *genius*.

It appears when can now add the word "large" along with "complete" to the list of words Honest John doesn't understand the meaning of.
