CBM & FARRAGO: I find myself agreeing with both of you...if that is even possible.

In my own trading, I ALWAYS go by the filings on the float number or the amount recited by the TA. ANYTHING can happen. As reported:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=8168980

As of September 30, 2011, the registrant had 103,725,361 shares of common stock outstanding.

As of November 14, 2011, the registrant had 104,125,361 shares of common stock outstanding.

The aggregate market value of approximately 58,928,852 shares held by nonaffiliates of the registrant on June 30, 2011, based upon the average bid and asked price of the common shares on the OTC Bulletin Board of $0.08 per share on June 30, 2011, was approximately $4,714,316 . Common Shares held by each officer and director and by each other person who may be deemed to be an affiliate of the registrant have been excluded.

As of March 31, 2012, the registrant had 104,321,861 common shares outstanding.

As of August 13, 2012, the registrant had 108,292,789 shares of common stock outstanding.

So, in around a year the float has increased 4,567,428, which is about 4.4%. I never like dilution, but, to me, it still falls within a percentage I would consider "minimal."

I am normally very nervous and concerned with "effective float" numbers are tossed around - because I just can't trust them.

That is where CBM is exactly right, IMO.

Now, the other side of the coin, as I see it, is FARRAGO'S post where he emphasizes much of the float seems to be held in "strong hands."

First, in about 15 months I can only think of one example of an "early" shareholder liquidating their investment. I do believe that the insiders (barring unforeseen circumstances) will be holding their shares for +$1, perhaps +$3 to $5.

Also, many shares were held last summer during the run to .40's (sorry, never was really .89) and were not sold. Yes, I do believe some sold some positions which contributed to the "fade/sink/crash" (depending on personal point of view and/or disposition).

In my personal correspondence/phone conversation off IHUB with several shareholders, I am of the same opinion of FARRAGO that many will hold for quite a while - of course barring some unforeseen circumstance which will cause them to liquidate. I believe that to be the true INTENTION of many here.

Because I HATE the term "effective float" I wont use it, but the figures & chart indicates the veracity of the opinion of a limited amount of shares actually being traded. The PPS has reacted to the 4.5M new shares entered into the float as an extremely large weight which has shoved it down nearly to basement levels.

Now some (number me in this group) are playing long odds that financing will be obtained which will make these prices seem like "bargain basement" prices in the future.

4.4% dilution should not have moved the PPS down NEARLY as low as it is now. But 35% dilution certainly could due to a great majority of the float being held by insiders and those holding for a much higher PPS number.

So, I see the sense of FARRAGO'S post, too, and would disagree with him if I only took the view of "anonymous posters saying anything" which I normally take.

******

IMO others are/will be here to make a quick 100%-250% and they will be gone, the chatter is all too common on IHUB.

No problem to me, to each his own. But thank you to the many who are correcting intentionally false information.
