For those who do not understand what Class "B" shares are:
Class "B" shares have 100 times the voting power of Class "A" shares. This gives management 50 Billion votes for their "B" shares compared to just 6,000,000 "A" share votes. In the event of a company buyout, guess who gets the best price for their controlling shares?
And, in the event the company just goes on to operate the POW Mill; guess who gets the best salaries and bonuses after operating expenses of the MIll?
Truth is, "A" share holders are just going along for the ride and are financing all of this. But "B" share holders thank you all very much
