Determining guilt or innocence should indeed be left to real professionals, just as determining efficacy of alleged new technology should be left to real professionals. Discussion of same is the province of anyone who chooses to post on a public open forum such as this, where people like you and i can share our differing opinions.
One area in which my opinion differs is that there appears to be an assumption that if one feels EDIG has transgressed, one should undertake a fundraising effort and personal expenditure of funds to support expensive legal action. I'm not certain it is the province of any of us to tell each other how we should spend our money. Fortunately this is just a message board expressly for the purpose of expressing opinions about all things EDIG, which I will contine to do. And we are fortunate to have posters such as MH, Cassandra, Brad and others who are steeped in knowledge about the many ethical and, quite possibly, legal transgrssions of EDIG through the years.
Don't you agree?
