What exactly is new news? JBI had the green light to seek permit approval over one year ago, the fact that they're still seeking permit approval now isn't exactly new news.

They haven't even broken ground yet, this is moving at glacial speed.

Besides, the current processor can't even handle petcoke, what do you think raggertail will do to this processor? How often will they have to stop and cool down the tank to remove not only the petcoke but also the steel?

Jbi would like everyone to believe this is a slam dunk, however they haven't even announced a solution to the petcoke yet.

How come JBI wasn't bragging about keeping the steel from the ragggetail or even a portion of it, why was this part redacted from all shareholders eyes?
