That is from the purchase valuation in 2010 of which the entire amount is "Goodwill". from page 13

Current info states the following

If you look at page 4 the total asset value is listed at $78,800

It also lists $1,004,644 in liabilities and a total stockholders deficit of $925,843.

Those create negative #s not positive.
