Never, one of our shareholders has talked with the SEC. They called him back about 5 times and had the same general opinion as you do. There are some more straightforward untrue statements EDIG has made but I suspect Statute of Limitations applies. However I am eager to pursue if someone else wants to do so badly enough they will pay for it.

I've talked with my attorney about it but it will cost a great deal.
